Prof. Bezerianos is a pioneer and leading expert in neuroengineering, biomedical signal processing, and brain-connectivity analysis. Prof. Gernot Müller-Putz

Prof. Müller-Putz is a Full Professor and Head of the Institute of Neural Engineering at Graz University of Technology, where he also leads the Laboratory of Brain–Computer Interfaces. He has over two decades of experience in neuroengineering, biosignal processing, and BCI research, with major contributions in EEG/ECoG-based BCIs, neuro-assistive technologies, and hybrid BCI systems. He has authored numerous high-impact publications and is internationally recognized as one of the leading scientists in the BCI field.

Prof. Fabio Babiloni

Prof. Babiloni is a Full Professor of Physiology and Biomedical Engineering at Sapienza University of Rome, with a PhD in Computational/Neural Engineering and a long track record in neuroengineering and BCI research. He has authored hundreds of publications and is among the highly cited researchers in the field. His expertise in EEG, neurophysiology, neuroengineering, and applied BCI makes him highly suited to advise the future growth of the BCI infrastructure.

Prof. Fivos Panetsos

Prof. Panetsos is a Full Professor of Neuroscience at the Complutense University of Madrid and a recognized leading expert in systems neuroscience, neuroprosthetics, and neural rehabilitation. His research spans brain plasticity, sensory–motor integration, and neurotechnology for restoring function. His background in translational neuroscience and neuroprosthetic systems offers valuable insight for the design and validation of BCI infrastructure and applications.
