The infrastructure is supervised by a six-member Management Committee appointed by the Deanships of the participating Schools (Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Health Rehabilitation Sciences, and Economics and Business). The committee includes:

• The Director of the Interactive Technologies Laboratory.
• One representative from each of the participating School.

The Operating Committee consists of three (3) faculty members of all levels or Laboratory Teaching Personnel or Special Technical Laboratory Staff of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, who do not coincide with the members of the Management Committee.

This committee manages day-to-day operations, maintenance, and user training. It also keeps records of certified operators, provides information on safety and usage rules, and supports both university and external users according to the infrastructure’s access policy.
